Never. You set your own prices for your clients and keep 100% of what you charge. Nexus only charges you the platform subscription fee.

Can I get a refund?

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied. After that, we offer prorated refunds on annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

Each chatbot has a unique embed code — one line of JavaScript. You paste it before the closing tag on your client's website. It works with any website: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, custom HTML, etc.

Can I remove all Nexus references from client-facing emails?

On Growth and Enterprise plans, all client-facing emails come from your domain and contain only your branding. System emails (password resets, etc.) are fully white-labeled.
